A Certified Real Estate Tax Strategist is a licensed professional who provides Tax Strategies with an expertise in real estate tax. This expertise is gained through completion of over 20 hours of real estate specific IRS approved continuing education, and passing of a comprehensive two-part exam.

All Certified Real Estate Tax Strategists are required to be licensed as either an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed by the IRS or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed by their state board of accountancy. Both credentials hold the professional to a high standard of ethics & education.
